Angela Marshall, M.D., FACOG

Angela Marshall, M.D.Dr. Marshall was raised in the small farm town of Mt. Pulaski, Illinois. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Loyola University in Chicago and obtained her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. After completing her residency at Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine, she worked in a private OB-GYN practice in Naples, Florida. Dr. Marshall is now excited to come back to the Midwest to continue her career.

Dr. Marshall enjoys traveling, photography, horseback riding, and cooking and baking for friends.

Dr. Marshall is currently welcoming new patients and referrals.


Jennifer Nemunaitis-Keller, M.D., FACOG

Jennifer Nemunaitis-Keller, M.D.Dr. Nemunaitis-Keller grew up in a small town just outside of Cleveland, Ohio. She attended medical school at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo and completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Aultman Hospital in Canton. She is also board certified in this specialty.

Dr. Nemunaitis-Keller is a Fellow of American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and board member of Alternatives, Inc.

After deciding that she wanted to be part of a practice in a community hospital setting with group support, she and her husband, Jason, moved to Indiana in 2002. Since then, Dr. Nemunaitis-Keller has been fortunate to watch both her practice and her family grow. She now has two young children, Allison and Aaron, who are the center of her attention when she is not working. She also enjoys cooking and hiking in her free time.

Dean D. Paulsen, M.D.

Dean D. Paulsen, M.D.Dr. Paulsen joined Community OB/GYN after many years in solo practice in the Anderson, Indiana area. He welcomes new patients and referrals.


Donna Tisch, M.D.

Donna Tisch, M.D.Dr. Tisch grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. She received her bachelor of science in neuroscience from Vanderbilt University and her doctorate of medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She and her husband, Tom, moved to Indianapolis in 2007, where she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Indiana University.

Dr. Tisch and her family are excited to call Indiana home, and feel it is a great place to raise their new son, Tyler. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.


Melissa Matthews, R.N., MSN, WHNP-BC

Melissa Matthews, R.N., MSN, WHNP-BCMelissa received her B.S. in Nursing from Ball State University. She has spent the last six years working as an R.N. in Labor and Delivery and the Emergency Department at Community Hospital Anderson. She completed her master’s degree in nursing at IUPUI to become a women’s health nurse practitioner. Melissa is board certified through National Certification Corporation. Melissa is a member of AWHONN, NPWH, AANP, and CAPNI, all organizations that promote women’s health.

Melissa is passionate about educating women concerning health promotion and prevention. Melissa also enjoys educating future nurses by working as faculty at Ivy Tech Community College in Anderson.

When not working, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and two miniature dachshunds.
